Knee joints  problem
My problem is when I walk for 1-2km i feel sensation on both knees. And it seems very hard to walk further. Sometimes my knee bend while walking. Again I sat on floor, it seems very hard to stand and walk. Same thing happens when I climb staircase. I feel very hard and sensation on knees. I am very nervous my this. Please advise what will i do now? I have tested calcium- 8.75mg/dl Vitamin D 25-hydroxyvitamin- 115nmol/l TSH- 2.7 mu/l My age is 35, male. Sometimes when I straighten my legs, i feel sound on my knees. Please advise.

I think you are under depression with your situation. Ok. My suggession is Need consultantation with orthopedic surgeon It will be suggested for knee MRI followed by arthroscopic repairs of meniscus within knee joint.

Hi... These r the symptons of PFPS . U need to visit a good Physiotherapist with a good clinic setup. Need to do lot stretching & strengthening exs for knees & lower limbs too. Balance & Stability trainer exs to b done. Therabands & loop band exs vl b helpful. PFPS protocol should b followed.. ice packs to b done at home.
