Knee is paining
From last few days my knee is paining .. The pain is like sensation and whenever I am sitting on sofa or anywhere my knee is paining..I have no history of injuries or  fracture at earlier. I have thyroid since 2 years and under medication taking 25 MCG pills.

Hi. Knee pain can be due to different condition  either due to wear and tear of protective layer of bone called cartilage . Or it can be due to physical activity like sports or workout or yoga Ot it can be due to  house hold work for long time like standing  /mopping etc. Or it can be due to your vit d or calcium level low.

blood test -  vit d3, vit b12 and serum calcium level to be checked. ice application for knees 20 min thrice per day for 7 days. (do not apply ice directly to skin) volini gel thrice per day.
