First pain starts in left knee now in right knee also. I have the pain daily not able to stand for long time.and climb upstairs dr advised me to take anti-ccp test what test is this. What can i do for permanent relief.

There are many reasons for knee pain. When you have them in multiple joints, your ortho doctor is right is suspecting arthritis. Anti-CCP test is done to do rule out rheumatoid arthritis.
Until the test results are out you will need pain meds. I can't prescribe them here as Practo doesn't permit me to do that. Rest your joints. If knees are swollen and warm, apply ice packs to the knee.
