I have a left knee injury while playing football, mri report says that completely acl tear in proximal part,, and doctor said for a surgery.... Is there any solution without surgery..... Please suggest..

ACL injury to the knee is easily amneable to surgical treatment, and that is the reason your doctor advised you so, but I would caution you against believing fully on the MRI report, you should have a clinical evaluation, and if there is instablity, you should probably go for surgery, as conservative management in this condition is rarely indicated.

Not all patients with ACL injury need surgery. It all depends on what the patient wants to do and what the symptoms are.
If you have symptoms of knee giving way or if you intend playing sports - then I would recommend ACL reconstruction ,
