  4. Knee acl injury. Not over. please help.

I got my left knee operated for acl reconstruction(using hamstring autograft) after 3 years of injury. Now it has been 3 years since surgery and still I'm not able to do cutting movements. My suffering has been for 6 years and still it's not over. Please help.
