I wouldn't recommend going for keto diet.
Instead try this for weight loss and belly fat loss
Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar completely.
Drink plenty of water everyday. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals.
Include lots of fibre rich foods in your diet.
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time.
We are here to guide you. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you.
Eat healthy, stay healthy

Hi, Ketogenic diet is given to treat a neurological condition called Epilepsy. It is a medically sound diet and should not be followed without medical supervision. Here are a few tips that will help you:-
Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism.
Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast.
Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc.
Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet
avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods.
Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body.
Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
