Sonography report shows There are right renal mid and lower calyceal (7 X 5mm) size non obstructing calculi noted in right kidney, no hydronephrosis noted.
There is left renal upper calyceal (7 X 5mm) size non obstructing calculus noted, no hydronephrosis noted. Please suggest some treatments, any ayurvedic or homeopathic medicines. N can these stones naturally pass out...?

Both the stones are borderline. There is a chance that they may pass off. Take adequate fluids. Ayurveda and homeopathy medicines won't help in anyway. U can add pottasium citrate tab or syrup which will help the stone to pass out.
