Changes of cystitis. Post Vold: 21 cc. Right kidney shows gross hydroureteronephrosis due to 11.5 min sized calculus at lower ureter with thinned out right renal parenchymal. From Report: BOTH rKIDNEYS: appear normal in size, position and cchopattern. Right kid, measures 85 x 40 mm. Left kidney measures 99 x 38 mm. C-M differentiation is well preserved on left side. Cortical thickness appears normal on left side. Right kidney shows gross hydroureteronephrosis due to 11.5 mm sized calculus a lower ureter (at level of iliac crossing). Thinned out right renal parenchymal, maximum right renal parenchymal thicknes mm at upper pole. DTPA report: IMPRESSIONy : LEFT KIDNEY: NORMAL PARENCHYMAL FUNCTION AND CLEARANCE.
