Hello, Avoid stone-forming foods: Beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones, few other foods include peanuts, spinach, and sweet potatoes. Moderating intake of these foods may be beneficial for people who form calcium oxalate stones, the leading type ofkidney stones. Eat lemons or oranges, or drink lemonade. Citrate in these foods prevents stones from forming. Limit how much protein you eat. Drink plenty of water.
