How to decrease creatinine level? my current level of creatinine is 3.3 with high bp of 120:180 is it dangerous?
And is it possible to cure kidney problem (damage of Cortical echotexture)

Dear Sir, a blood creatinine level of 3.3 and BP of 180/120 suggests a significant kidney disease. The first step is to find out the cause. The next step is to determine if there is a definite cure for the cause or it has to managed conservatively. All this will need regular follow up with a nephrologist. Please consult one to know what needs to be done.
