A large exophytic cyst (13cmx9cm) was observed on left kidney during ultrasound. Ultrasound was done for some other purpose however accidentally found out about this cust. No other issues and symptoms associated with it. What can be the probable solution?? Can it be cured with medicine or shall require surgery? In case of surgery, can it be drained
