Kidney pain on right side
As per ct scan findings suggestive of residual hydronephrosis and cortical thinning due to previous calculus obstructions...... I am not getting it.. what it is

Did you have stone before? How big was it and what procedure was done? If the previous stone was long standing it would have cause obstruction which leads to hydronephrosis. Long standing obstruction will lead to damage  of the kidney which causes cortical thinning. The damage which is already done won't be reversed completely. If it doesn't worsen over time we can wait.
