Less than twice a week hemodialysis is not advisable for any patient. Very occasional patient may be okay with that. Peritoneal dialysis (capd) is a good option. Please contact your nephrologist to work out on feasibility of this.

If that is able to keep her creatinine under control then it’s fine. There is an option of peritoneal dialysis which can be done at home. Just check with your nephrologist whether that is feasible
