Kidney infection
Had acute pyelonephritis and was treated with piptaz for 15 days . Still after discharge creatinine is not stable and recently went upto 2.0 from 1.4 when discharged from hospital and have puss cells in urine . Have done all sort of test. Taking ciplox 500 mg right now for the last 9 days but still creatinine went up from 1.6 to 2.0
Doctor suggesting to go for renel biopsy . Please advice

Hello Dear,
I would suggest that you take a second opinion with a different doctor. High level of creatinine can indicate kidney failure and can be a serious issue. Please consult a different doctor and check if your treatment is on the right track
