My mother have urine infection after ct scan kub test its pyelonephritis and after culture urine test its e.coli present in her urine.docter treat her with loxof 750.is she cure with this medication or any further treatment suggest??

Levoflox is a good antibiotic. If the bacteria is sensitive to it , it will respond within a few days. The therapy needs to be continued for 2 weeks
Once stable the cause for pyelonephritis should also be sought, to prevent further episodes
