I have 20 mm stone in my right kidney and I also operate my gall bladder stone give me the right direction that without operation my stone became melt and passout from urine.

The stone of 20mm unlikely to be going out spontaneously in urine. You either need a mini perc PCNL or ESWL for the stone of this size. Miniperc PCNL IS THE BEST. ESWL would have complications like ureteric obstruction
