Kid diet suggestion
My daughter is 4 years old and looks lean. She is about 12 Kg now. What kind of good diet can we provide to her to become strong and gain some weight. We are vegetarian but she can egg also.

You can give her proteins and carbohydrates rich foods like milk shakes , paneer sandwich or paratha , nuts ,sprouts ,moong dal cheela or dhokla etc. Give her iron and calcium enriched snacks.Give her small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.
