If your girlfriend did not consult a Gynaecologist before consuming the medicine to procure an MTP then it is her fault . She should suffer.
Now the choice is between her own life and her family reputation. She should consult with a Gynaecologist in her area for a physical examination and further management. Otherwise she may develop some complications which may jeopardize her life.
