I have keratoconus in both eye and its more in left eye with thickness 400 and havnt done any treatment yet. My eye power is - 5 in left and - 2.5 in right not able to see with spects, want to know that with such eyes condition can i read more. because it causes pain and someone told me if i read than it works as eye exercise. Will it help me?

check topography every 3 months if its increasing then go for C3R collagen cross linking to stabilise it and go for kerasoft contact lenses guided by topography and trial lenses for best vision
