Anal fissure may be due to poor bowel habits or constipation . Knowing the cause is very much required so as to control the condition to some extent and then the medicine can be taken.
So it will be much better if diet is also considered.
Better to take fibre rich diet and properly hydrate body by drinking sufficient water. By this bowel will become soft and will cause less harm or damage to the fissure wound and healing will be enhanced.
Also Sitz bath with triphala kashayam or Panchavalkala kashayam can be done twice daily as it will relax the anal sphincter causing reducing pain and promote healing.
