Anal fissure may be due to poor bowel habits or constipation . Knowing the cause is very much required so as to control the condition to some extent and then the medicine can be taken. So it will be much better if diet is also considered. Better to take fibre rich diet and properly hydrate body by drinking sufficient water. By this bowel will become soft and will cause less harm or damage to the fissure wound and healing will be enhanced. Also Sitz bath with triphala kashayam or Panchavalkala kashayam can be done twice daily as it will relax the anal sphincter causing reducing pain and promote healing. After that jatyadi taila or murivenne Pichu can be kept over the fissure wound . If jatyadi taila causing much irritation better to stop using jatyadi taila. Instead Murivenna can be used for application.
Next Steps
Maintain proper anal hygiene to avoid infection . Take proper sleep and avoid stress

If the fissure is a bit deep, or if you are using more pressure with your finger tips may lead to pain and burning sensation. If the complaint is persistent, you can use pilex ointment of Himalaya

A burning sensation with Jyotadi Tel in anal fissures can occur due to: Sensitivity to ingredients. Existing inflammation or infection. Overuse of the oil. Suggestions: Use less oil to avoid irritation. Clean and moisturize the area after application. If burning persists, stop using it and consult your doctor for an allergy check.

It depends on the status of the anal fissure. It is always advisable to do a sitz bath in a lukewarm decoction of triphala for 15 minutes and dry the area properly by pat-drying. After that application of jatyadi oil/ghrita/ointment in the area is advisable. If, by using jatyadi taila, burning sensation persists, shift to jatyadi ghrita. I hope your query is solved. If there are any further doubts, you can consult any time.

It's all depends on the conditions. In common conditions jathyadi tailam not causing any burning sensation. If you have discomfort, discontinue and use make triphala kashayam for sitze bath. Then keep a cotton piece in anal area. Cotton piece dip in Murivenna, keep it over night. Detailed examination and analysis required.
