Judging my treatment plan for tmj dysfun
I have been treating for jaw disorder. Thr first step of my treatment was splint therapy and now the 2nd phase of my treatment (ortho with braces and elastic) has started few months ago. Now my improvements are -1)I can chew food far better than before, 2)no pain,no clicking sound, can talk better etc. But even now my facial symmetry was not regained, my cheek muscles are somewhat tight and contracted, some neck and back discomfort etc. All the days I am living with confusion, doubts, stress, worry etc.what should I do in this situation? Am I treating properly and correctly? Please help me and clear my doubts and queries...
