This is Jones fracture. It needs plaster cast for about 6 wks. You can move around with help of a pair of  crutches or a walker. Keep a pillow under the foot at night.

Its a jones fracture with minimal comminution Just a plaster for 3-4 weeks will heal the fracture along with calcium and D3
