Hi, I am an HR professional and my work is very sedimentary. I travel 100 kms to work daily and it does not allow me to do any work out or exercises. I've been feeling fatigue and pain in lower back which goes up to my feet and I am having pain in my right knee too. This usually happens at the end of the day. I suffer from psytica since last 10 years, I am not under any medication. Initially I went through physiotherapy but it did not help too much.
Lately my right heel+ankle is aching. The pain is more of stretching and radiating type. No swelling as such but usually at the end of the day my feet swell up.
I also feel my bones are weak, they just twitch at twisting turning too.

The radiating pain is due to sciatica. Feeling tired from back to heel and radiating pain is also due to sciatica. And if physiotherapy has not helped u then u need to see an orthopedic consultant near u to evaluate u and tell the latest conditions of u.
Heel ankle pain seems due to some local inflammation which can be due to any reason such as uric acid, etc.
Bone weakness is come in young females u need to take vitamin d3 and calcium supplements.
Please see an orthopedic consultant near you.

Pain going from back till feet can be due some spine issues. Knee pain and heel pain can be due to some local bone/ soft tissue factors. Would be helpful if you could ask a specific doubt.
