Joint pains now causing pain in my chest

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I have severe pain in my joints on my right arm.Ruled out arthritis.All joints shoulder elbow and wrist.Been to physicians and all they do is give me inflammation pain killers.please help. I don't know what to do,it's very painful
