Joint pains
I have severe pain in my shoulders, elbow joints, finger joints, jaw etc. Unable to do any physical work as body starts cramping. If i tightly close fist then it hurts. Headache remains for several hours. Can't walk much and become breathless soon. Please suggest what should i do.

Breathless on simple activities and body pains headache cramping suggests nutritional deficiency and possible depression as well. Consult a Physician near you get checked and the visit Orthopedic surgeon as suggested by the physician.

The symptoms you are describing point towards a nerve problem. Do you have morning stiffness and neck pain also. Do you get fatigued easily also.  Better to consult with a pain management specialist
