I am having joint pain in left hand shoulder and fingers. Swelling in both feet with red spots just above feet.

Along with Some Stretching & Strengthning Exercises Program. An X- Ray & Some Blood Tests May Be Required if Not Helping after a Week. Test for Rheumatoid Artheritis May Be Recomanded  . Use of Ice Pack or Hot Pack at Your Home can Give Little Relief in Pain.
