Joint and muscle pain
For about 4 years ive had lower back pain and over the years its gradually built up to my whole body..mainly my joints and also upper back..shoulders..fingers and toes..I had blood tests done a couple of months ago and its come back as vitamin d deficiency..low iron an folic acid..ive been taking tablets for this for 6 weeks and theres been no improvement with anything..if anything im more tired and my bones in my fingers and toes feel like they sieze up and I have to crack my bones
