Jaw tightness due to anxiety/depression
I feel that due to anxiety and depression my jaw is super tight and when i try to open it normally i get pain. Should i try to force it open or just let it be?

You need to be evaluated if this is symptom is due to anxiety and depression or is it something else. Need to assess what's leading to anxiety if it's thete.when anxiety is treated these symptoms get better

Ur anxiety and depression needs proper assesment and treatment .you need to get properly treated espacially during pregnancy
