Jaw problem
I think i m. Suffereing from temporomandibular joint disorder.. As per.. The symtoms coz my few days back while eating an apple i think i opened my mouth too widely and hence.. There is something wrong with my jaw.. What should i do.. As i m unable to chew my food properly accompanied by discomfort in my ears also... Please help..

Nothing to worrry do hot fermentation at the tmj joint. Try to intake soft diet and do tmj exercises. U will be relieved

Take an anti inflammatory tablet like Combiflam for a few days. Avoid hard food and avoid wide opening of mouth like while yawning etc. wait for a few days,if it does not improve consult a dentist
