Jaw problem
I have noticed that my mouth does not open very wide, and it makes a clicking noise. I am unsure whether this is a problem with my TMJ because I don't feel any pain. I am a 17 year old female, 169cm tall and my mouth only opens 35mm max. I also had an underbite as a child but it seemed to fix itself, however I am worried this caused problems with jaw development.

Hi..a TMJ disorder happens because of wrong teeth alignment. Only way to solve this is by using muscle relaxants for seven days followed by night guard for fifteen days. After this you need to wear braces to align teeth for a one year period. This is the one and only cure. Regards
