Jaw made noise but stopped in 15 mins
Jaw made noise but stopped after 15 mins ,I was  able to open my mouth but i am feeling stiffness. My jaw never made noise but this was first time.I found out online that its called tmjd and its not cureable and i have to live with it my whole life. i am too stressed and depressed from past 5 days due to which i am not able to sleep. I eat hard food thats the only reason i think it happened other then that i never clenched or grind my teeth.i am totally upset how to get rid of this problem
