Hi , my newborn is 4 days old and has weight 2.340grams born in 37 th week and has TSH value 13.21 Direct and 13.05 indirect , is this normal ? what is the home remedy and when phototherapy is really needed ? please can someone help? he is drinking breast milk well as of now

At TSB 13 at D4 of life phototherapy not needed but it might increase then child will need phototherapy. Keep on monitoring TSB level. Watch for danger sign like increase involvement of palms and soles, lethargy, not feeding.
