Keep hydrated give breast feeding every 2 nd hrly,don't give water, monitor for urine , regular follow up with pediatrician through Physical consultation

Photo therapy is the only treatment if it is indirect neonatal jaundice
Need more details kindly do teleconsultation with Paediatrician for better assessment and management
