My kid is 3 years old she like to go out to other birthdays party and she wants to go out to other houses park an all saying hi bye to everyone
But whenever some strangers comes to our house like delivery person or service man she pushes them outside by saying bye bye and crying untill they get out of our house

It’s more of stranger anxiety … which is not quite common in this age … still no need to worry much when his developmental milestones are normal for his age is normal…if it’s really bothersome can get Pediatrics psychiatrist or pediatric psychologists opinion.. probability is that what family member discussed about those people would have influenced the child we should be little mindful in discussing about third persons that creates an entirely a individual attitude and approach towards those persons
