What are diarrhea medicine for 3 year old
Hi my son is 3 year old and is having loose watery stools since 1 day. I have tried all possible home remedies but there is not much relief observed. Kindly suggest a medicine for diarrhea for my son his weight is 10 kg. he also has stomach pain when he passes stools.

Enterogermina respule 1 twice daily X 3 DAYS
Zinc drops 1 ml once daily x 14 days
Ors (50- 100 ml ) after each loose stool
Loose motion take 3-4 days to resolve

try giving probiotics first if still persists we can start antibiotics. enterogermina tube can be used. three times a day
