Yes.Raw crushed ginger 1spoon + pink salt 3 pinches + lemon juice half spoon- take half spoon from this mixture before lunch and remaining half spoon before dinner. If you have high pitta or high heat inside body it might give you burning sensation in stomach, In this case i suggest you consult ayurvedic doctor in detail for further advice.
