My last LMP is jan 30 and FEB 16 Frozen embryo transfer done(3AA and 4BB grades). March 24 ultrasound shows fetus heart rate 143 to 153 bpm. But April 4 ultrasound says no heart beat. What is the reason for this sudden drop in heart beat?

This is called missed abortion. Many causes are there. Sometimes babies are not formed normally so it's nature's check to eliminate such fetuses.
