Ive been feeling depressed.
I cant remember when I started feeling depressed but what I know is that I was experiencing it since I was a kid. Lately it got worst, I was more aware of this emotion. I cant explain it, it feels like emptiness, lack of motivation, loneliness, lack of focus. There are times that Im ok, but there are certain weeks or days that I feel like this and I dont know what is the cause or what triggered this. Im not experiencing any problems in life that's why im concerned as to why im feeling this way
