IUGR Baby + Uterine Artery Impedance
I'm 34+2 weeks and diagnosed with asymmetrical IUGR.
Currently taking ecosprin 150mg.
Got two doses of Dexa as precaution.
AFI 11cms currently.
Got Hermin infusion + dextrose 10% twice.
Baby's growth is good and steady. Movements are little less intense but present. Single loop around neck.
But Uterine Artery Doppler results are not improving.
Cerebro placental ratio is 1.34. Has improved from last week.
How long can we take this pregnancy further for safest outcome? Please let me know.

You should get your NST done everyday. Take Arginine sachet. Be careful about the foetal movements. If these parameters suggest deterioration then you should go for a Caesarean.

Doppler should be done on weekly basis and continue all your medicines
Weekly visit your gynaec for NST
Delivery should be done by 37 weeks
Early delivery may be required if Doppler is abnormal or there are reduced fetal movements

Hello
Continue doing dopplers twice a week
Try to reach uoto 36 weeks
If dopplers start getting worsened, delivery of the baby will be the solution
