Well my friend is sexually active at 19 and being in a desi household she cannot let any of her family know about it but she needs some confidential checkup and explore the IUD option for long term safety. What shall she do about it?

She should go to a Gynaecologist in her city and ask for an IUD. I hope you are aware that the IUD has to be inserted into the uterus and this job can be done only by a Gynaecologist. No self medication is possible.
