Hello,
Redness and dryness can be because of associated allergic eye disease. Start with lubricating eye drops like genteal gel, systane ultra. Avoid excess use of computer, mobile.
Please consult an ophthalmologist to confirm that u do in fact have dry eye. There are other diseases that can cause similar symptoms.
If u do have dryness, then try OPTIVE eye drops 6-8 times per day, LACRIGEL eye ointment before bedtime, Capsule OSMEGA 500 once daily for 2-3 months.
