Warm salt water gargles thrice a day for 3 days
Consume warm liquids.
It wil get better.
No need to panic.. it will get better on its own

Hi., I can understand your concern.
It can be due to allergy.
For now you can take tab montek lc at night after food for 5 days.
Syp. Ascoril d 5ml 3 times a day after food for 5 days.
Do betadine gargling twice a day for 5 days.
Next Steps
plan for CBC if issue persist.
