White patches means fungal infection not HPV infection.Meet personally to gynaecologist and get examined by her.She will prescribe antifungal tablet oral as well as local.If sexually active then no sex for 10 days.

White patches are usually related to fungal infection and not HPV.. Dont get so much tensed. Kindly connect a gynaecologist near you for further information and management accordingly. Or with me directly online also
