Masturbation and sore vulva. That?

I have been masturbating on a regular basis for the past two months, twice a day. It was only ten days back that after a night session of rigorous clitoral stimulation without lube, and more than one orgasm. I fell asleep. The entire process was rather long around 2 hours. And I woke up in the morning with discomfort in my vulva region. The clitoris did hurt and i guess that also affected the labia region. While peeing too it felt weird. The vulva felt a little heavy but it went off around the evening. My period  ended a day before. What has been bothering me is, is it possible for masturbation to have caused that? I don't see any other reason. But would like some insight. I am a single female, living with my parents. No relationship, no copulation.
