Itchy Penis at base and below foreskin
I have problem of itchy penis from 5 months now .It specially occurs in night. Itching occurs in base region of penis and below foreskin .For that I had referred dermatologist he prescribed me some antifungal cream and suggested to keep hygiene.But still problem persists. Please give me any solution for my problem.( Attaching prescription for reference)

It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
