Itchy eyes, may be allergy
I’ve been experiencing recurring itching around my eyelids for the past few days. It gets very itchy, especially on one eye at a time, and I end up rubbing it a lot for relief. After that, the itching subsides for several hours but returns again the next day. There is no significant redness or discharge, but I did notice slight swelling after rubbing, and once my eye even looked a bit dry and sunken. I’ve started using Toba eye drops on my own, but the itching hasn’t really improved. I have a golden retriever at home and I’m in close contact with him daily, so I’m wondering if this could be allergy-related. Could you please advise whether I should continue Toba or switch to anti-allergy drops?

Eye rubbing not only aggravates the allergy but also changes the shape of the cornea, advise to use cold compresses for itch relief.Medication has to prescribed by looking at the eyes.If you weren't allergic to pet fur before then its not likely to be the cause, could be seasonal allergy.

Take an ophthalmologist consultation for exact care and medication.
