Itching testicles
I'm 20 years old, My testicles itch a lot and there are very small bumps on it..and some times there is little yellowish white bump on it... there is no pain but I won't be satisfied until I itch them..and it ends up with lite bleeding.. And the same continues nxt day..
Is it a serious problem?
