  3. Itching on sitting area. Should i do?

Itching on sitting area
I have problem of itching in sitting area from some days. I think it is due fungal infection.i am using candid dusting powder to keep that area dry. Sometime i need to scratch my skin coz it becomes unbearable. please advice what should i do?

Avoid food which increases your problem like pav vadapav bakery products chana dal etc Take ayurveda medications providing all details
