Itching inside ear
Hi Doctor, from past few days I am having itching inside my ear. Is there any ear drop available in the market which I can put inside my ear to resolve the itching issue? Also, I have not done any checkup of my ear till now, so is there any test or check up name which I can go through once for checking proper functioning and working of my ear ?

U can go for check up of ear where endoscopy can be done
Avoid entry of water in ear by putting Vaseline on cotton ball
And put in ear
Put candibiotic ear drops 2 drops tds for 5 days

Itching can be due to various reasons like ear wax, due to eustachian tube blockage or any infection

Hello
This is a common question encountered by ent surgeon
First of all keep ears dry and avoid using ear buds which can instill infection
And ear itching can be mostly due to ear wax or ear fungal infection where both can become worse if u put water in the ear
Get a ENT evaluation done and otoscopy will make us reach the diagnosis faster based on that treatment differs !

It's always better to get examination done first to know cause.
Although you can use soliwax ear drops 4 drops three times a day
