Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. Anal fissure can be permanently treated by Graded Kshar Karma Therapy. Usually 3-5 graded kshar karma sittings are required for complete healing at weekly intervals. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during this treatment. Now you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of some soothing and healing ointment or coconut oil in anal passage. Take some stool softening medicine like haritaki powder 1 tea spoon with warm water in night for easy evacuation of bowel movement. For further support you may call reception at sushruta ano rectal institute.
